Friendly staff, clean rooms.

The food was home-cooked and incredibly tasty, especially dinner in the Bistro. Our room was spotless, even if a bit outdated. The shower was absolutely brilliant, too!

This place suits me perfectly with excellent wi-fi, a welcoming bar, and 24-hour reception. I still remember the staff's helpful restaurant recommendations from my first stay. I’ll definitely be back for a holiday!

The room was pretty comfy and clean, even though it felt a bit dated. The pillows, though, were not great—they could definitely use an upgrade. WiFi didn't work at first but was fixed quickly. it was a decent place to crash after exploring.

The hotel had clean rooms and friendly staff, which made for a welcoming stay. Though we struggled with noisy karaoke and had issues with parking, the location was perfect for exploring Ayr, with great bars and restaurants nearby. I'd consider coming back if improvements are made.

Had a fantastic stay with friends! The location is great for golfing or enjoying a walk along the promenade. We also tried our luck at trout fishing nearby, which was a lot of fun. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend it for a laid-back trip.

My solo stay was delightful, with a warm welcome from the bar staff who made the atmosphere cheerful. The bar supper was tasty, and the banter was brilliant! Don't miss out on the Cumberland sausages. Book early for better rates during high season!

Nice stay with some hiccups

Had a decent time overall. The room was clean and big enough for what we needed. Restaurant food was on point, tho a little pricey. But wow, those pillows were terrible! Kept me tossing all night. the windows were super dirty, which wasn't a great look. Parking was tricky too, so be careful with that.

Staying here was a delight as you’re just a few steps from Ayr Central and nearby parks, making city strolls super easy and enjoyable. the clean and comfy room had everything I needed for my solo adventure and helped me relax after a day of exploring the sights.
